This is my first time making a Chicken Pot Pie. And believe it or not, it was me that made it, not Tara. I should really send some to Aunt Billy. I bet she'd love it more.

It wasn't all that hard to make. I didn't have any chicken broth or bouillon cubes, so I kind of improvised, but all in all, it wasn't bad. All the kids ate it, so that says something. Tracey even liked it.

that looks to beautiful to eat...wow good job. My chicken pot pie I made the kids wouldn't eat... but I love it!!
It tasted better the second day. I don't know what it is about pasta and chicken pot pie, they just taste better after they sit for 24 hours. I have a chicken enchiladas recipe that I want to try out tomorrow. I need sour cream for it, I used it all in the pot pie. I've had a lot of fun baking this last little while!
Amber, enchiladas ALWAYS taste better the second day. I think the flavors have a chance to work on each other and make it better.
